How do I know that my order was successfully placed?

Upon successful completion of your order, a notification will appear on screen as well as in an email to your inbox.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped by courier ground services. The fulfillment center is located in Ontario. Timing for ground delivery service is based on these originating locations – see following maps for more details.

How are the shipping charges calculated?

The freight charges are based on a flat fee to start and then changes to a flat rate plus percentage once your order is above a certain dollar value. This charge includes inbound & outbound freight, fluctuating fuel surcharges, packaging plus the surcharge for any residential delivery should it be required. Please know that this charge is constantly being monitored and could change to accommodate increases or more importantly decreases as it is important to us to pass along any savings to you.

Is rush delivery service available?

Express shipping is available. Please call Customer Care at 877-752-0059 ext.1011; Monday – Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm EST for assistance in rush orders before they are placed.
